About this listing
Two heavenly hideaways exclusively for couples in the heart of Highland Perthshire; traditional stone built cottages from the 1800’s each with their own hot tub, hammock and indoor sauna.
Tallavey Cottages
These heavenly hideaways have been beautifully renovated from their original purpose as an 1800’s steading on a Highland Estate, to create two gorgeously grown-up stone cottages exclusively for couples. Nestled amongst the hills between Pitlochry and Blairgowrie in the tiny hamlet of Enochdhu, your hot tub hideaways await you in the heart of Highland Perthshire each offering unadulterated luxury and total privacy for two. Soak under the stars in your own private hot tub and see the milky way, trace star trails up above or if you’re lucky, catch a glimpse of the northern lights. Scandinavian style saunas offer an instant relax especially after a day’s adventures either biking, or the ski slopes at nearby Glenshee, hiking or kayaking in Perthshire.
The attention to detail is superb and each cottage offers empire size beds with White Company linen and soft furnishings by Anta Scotland throughout. The superb kitchens are equipped with everything you could wish for: cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Outside each cottage has its own tranquil garden to relax in or breakfast al fresco and there are even hammocks for your holiday siesta outdoors. You may spot the abundant Scottish highland wildlife including raptors, red squirrels, woodpeckers, owls, deer, hares, herons, pheasants, red-legged partridges, tree-creepers, golden eagles and any number of small birds.

“We had a wonderful retreat at Tallavey Cottages. Ian and Clare have done a fantastic job of the cottages to provide exceptional quality. Everything you need for relaxation is there. I’d heartily recommend and would love to come back.
“Comfy huge bed, cosy living room. Full high spec kitchen, bathroom, sauna and hot tub. A wealth of welcome gifts too. Loved it.”
“We stayed at Tallavey for the first few days of our honeymoon and we couldn’t have had a better start! Ian and Clare are fabulous hosts and couldn’t be more welcoming. The cottages are gorgeous, the perfect place to unwind. There’s lots to do and see in the area – would highly recommend gin tasting at Robertson’s in Pitlochry and booking a massage at the cottage. The icing on the cake was definitely enjoying a glass of bubbly in the hot tub – pure bliss! Thanks for a wonderful stay!”
