Sleeping up to 22 guests, it is designed for sociable gatherings, family celebrations and relaxed group getaways.

The centrepiece of the property is a fabulous 75 m² open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. This impressive space features a fully equipped designer kitchen with multiple ovens, hobs, twin sinks, two dishwashers and a large American-style fridge freezer, making it ideal for cooking for a crowd. The elegant dining area, set beneath a vaulted ceiling, comfortably seats the whole group, while the adjacent lounge area —with its open fire, massive TV, and deep sofas—creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere while show-casing the exposed stone wall that guests love.

Additional living spaces include a TV/play room with Sky+, perfect for children or movie nights, and a stylish mezzanine-level sitting area that opens onto a private terrace. There’s an extra wee back kitchen /utility and a private indoor sauna. Outside, a terrace with BBQ area, outdoor seating and 7-person hot tub overlooks the river and surrounding woodland, offering a peaceful spot to unwind.

The Mill House’s nine economically-sized bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for adults and children, complemented by three modern bathrooms, luxury bedding and underfloor heating throughout. The house is marketed for 14 adults and 8 additional children, with maximum adult occupancy limited to 18. Guests also enjoy access to a shared football pitch and tennis court, a large sunken trampoline, estate walks, 25 acres of outdoor space, outdoor table tennis table, and a shared games cottage featuring pool table, ping pong and darts, making this the ideal property for memorable group holidays.

A perfect location for holiday makers looking for walking, cycling, sailing, fishing, stalking, golf or just sight-seeing. The local wildlife is spectacular and the night skies are mind-blowing. Easy access to the historic towns of Dunoon, Rothesay, and Inverary. Loch Lomond within a scenic 35 minutes, convenient ferries from Colintraive to Bute, and from Portavadie to Tarbert for the Mull of Kintyre and the inner Hebrides.

Shortbreak prices are for 2 nights over a weekend or 3 nights midweek are usually approximately 75% of full week prices.
