The main living area is made up of a comfortable open plan area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There are four well-appointed bedrooms offering a combination of sleeping options to suit a variety of groups, (2 x double: one with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin, 1 x adult bunk). In the kitchen; facilities include an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and in the living area there is a TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, Wi-Fi, selections of books, games and DVDs. Throw open the French doors in the living area and step out onto the decked terrace where you can enjoy breakfast alfresco or a nightcap before dinner.
For evenings in, the hot tub is an ideal spot to enjoy time with your group over a bottle of wine. There are a number of attractions available in the area and fabulous walking opportunities for yourselves and the family dog.

Historic charm meets contemporary chic at this stylish and romantic cottage dating back to Jacobite times - spacious and bright with spectacular mountain views, Balvenie Cottage is perfect for your next Highland adventure or romantic retreat.
Quietly located in a secluded garden, this detached three-bedroom property is just a stone's throw from the Highland games park that's home to the renowned Braemar Gathering attended by the Queen. The original 18th Century stone cottage is among the oldest in the village, while the light and airy Victorian addition boasts spectacular mountain views.
Lovingly restored to a very high standard, Balvenie Cottage retains stacks of historic character. But it's modern where it matters, with stylish and contemporary kitchen, bathroom and shower room.
Enter the bright and airy Victorian wing to find a roomy and comfortable lounge with wood-burning stove and dual aspect mountain vistas, a spacious shower room and a well-equipped modern kitchen with wonderful washing up views.
Step through to the original 18th Century stone cottage to find the dining room with apex ceiling, exposed beams and a wood-burning stove, as well as the romantic master suite with adjoining dressing room/study.
Upstairs, you will find two further bedrooms (a double and a twin) and a bathroom - all with spectacular mountain views to wake up to every morning.
On arrival, you can park in the driveway and enter the house through the private garden. The large sunny garden is the ideal space for barbecues, surrounded by the heather-adorned hills.
