This enchanting hidden property located in Aberdeenshire close to Stonehaven, Aberdeen and Banchory is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Newly completed it is situated on an elevated half acre site giving a stunning plateau effect with woodland only 100 metres away. The large Beachcomber hot tub delivers relaxing massage jets and mood lighting, ideal for starlit soaks. Seating up to 7 guests at anyone time with variable settings and at a constant 40 degrees, on demand.


The property enjoys high quality furnishings throughout with an an open plan living room and kitchen area to allow maximum use of space and light, ideal for relaxed family holidays. There are three generous sized double bedrooms sleeping 7 guests, one also has a bunk arrangement ideal for families with children. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possiby need during your stay  including T.V's in every room with Freeview Channels for multiple viewing. There is good 4G mobile coverage.

Easter Kintrae

An elegant Victorian coastal farmhouse on the Moray Firth Coast, home of the world famous whisky region and Royal Burgh of Elgin, with gorgeous views and pristine beaches close by just waiting to be explored.


This elegant traditional farmhouse has 5 luxurious bedrooms with stylish soft furnishings and comprises of two large kingsize beds, 2 standard doubles, and 1 small room with children's bunks. There is also an additional daybed in one kingsize room which separates to provide 2 low singles. A travelling cot is also available. The bedrooms have views across the surrounding countryside and the 2 large doubles have views towards the ruins of Duffus Castle. The firsts shower room is on the level of the bedrooms and all have high quality cotton bed linen and towels. Additional towels and beach /swimming towels are available for guests use. Complimentary soaps and shampoo are provided from The Highland Soap company. The gardens grounds of Easter Kintrae are divided into several areas with a small partially walled garden West of the dining room planted in lavender and spring bulbs. There is also a fruiting apricot tree on the snowdrop bank and to the front of the house is a large gravelled area with parking for several cars, surrounded by plantings of trees, shrubs, roses and perennials. A pizza oven/ barbeque and additional kettle barbeque are the perfect excuse for an alfresco dinner or lazy lunch while on holiday. To the East lies a lawned garden with fruit trees- apple, plum, pear and wild cherry and the grassy bank is carpeted with snowdrops early in the year, closely followed by daffodils and wild garlic beneath the cherries. Herbs such as fennel, rosemary, mint and marjoram grow in the grounds are available for guests to enjoy during their stay.


The lounge and dining room have sandstone fireplaces, crafted from locally quarried stone. The snug a small sitting roomm has the 2nd television, DVD and CD player with ipod docking station and also a small fireplace. Towards the back of the house the kitchens are divided into Aga kitchen, fitted kitchen and a laundry room where there is also a second shower for guests use. The fitted kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, smeg fridge, kenwood food mixer, blender, electric toaster and kettle. A good supply of cooking and baking trays cake pans, mixing bowls and utensils are provided for guests use. The laundry room has washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack, iron, board and a chest freezer. The Aga kitchen doubles as an informal dining room/ breakfast room. The Pantry holds a supply of cream dinnerware for 12 plus children's melamine/plastic plates, bowls and tumblers and and there is also a high chair available for the little guests in your party. You will also find a good supply of matching serving dishes, wine glasses and tumblers, bodum coffee pot, teapot, mugs, cups and serving trays for your use. For evening entertainment or keeping the little ones in the party amused there is a television in both the lounge and the sitting room, DVD and CD player, radio, books and an assortment of fiction and non fiction, children's' books and games.
