Guests Comments :
This property was fabulous – Kate has decorated the property tastefully with quality furnishings and and artwork. The beds and linen were extremely comfortable and all of the inclusions were of the quality one would have in your own home. The heating was excellent. The property is well located and not far from the centre of Edinburgh. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it would be a great place to stay for a longer time. A delightful find. We would definitely book here again.
Spacious and comfortable accommodation close to City Centre – This flat is so unusually beautiful in its decor and detail. It was a truly inspiring place to stay. There is much luxurious comfort to be found. We found great amenities and a surprising amount of room. Everything is updated and renovated, yet set in the backdrop of an historical home. The location is perfect. And the hosts were helpful and eager to accommodate all of our needs. Don’t miss this one!
A beautiful period property! – A stunning property, everything we hoped it would be!
A very stylish and well appointed apartment – The property retains many original features. Decorated and furnished to a high standard and situated near Brougton street with bars, restaurants and food stores. No dedicated parking so we opted for Qpark which is a secure multi story, about £60.00 for the three nights. Short walk from the city centre. Overall a real treat. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to the owners Kate and Angus.
Excellent location, spacious rooms – Comfortable furnishings. Well appointed kitchen. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation was excellent.
Fabulous accommodation and excellent location – We’ve returned to this apartment on countless occasions Lovely property brimming full of amenities Kitchen is well equipped to cater for every eventuality but as we were there during the Festival we only had breakfast in the lovely surroundings. Comfortable in every respect. Angus and Kate were available, as always, to answer questions. Once again, absolutely superb. Thank you.
Beautiful and Comfortable – First of all, Kate is a fantastic owner. She’s extremely accessible, kind, and helpful. She is an outstanding communicator and provided complete and accurate information throughout the rental process. The apartment itself is lovely and exactly as pictured. It was sparkling clean when we arrived and very comfortable. The location is fantastic; you can either walk wherever you want to (the Royal Mile is about 20 minutes up an easy slope) or grab an Uber. There’s a Tesco supermarket five minutes away and other neighborhood shops and restaurants/pubs nearby. We had an orthodontic emergency and even that was squared away immediately by a great orthodontist about a five minute walk away! The kitchen provided everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are spacious and lovely. I can’t recommend this apartment (and Kate!!) highly enough. We will definitely return next time we are in Edinburgh!
Impressive and comfortable, stylish and spacious – Felt like a real luxury experience and it was a privilege to stay in such a wonderful apartment. Great location, too. The whole family loved it.
