The property is a charming detached cottage in an unbeatable location, surrounded by woodland, a front garden that runs down to the sea and a fully enclosed garden to the side and rear. Come and watch the waves and listen to the curlews and oyster catchers. Perfect for family or active or simply relaxing holidays. From this secluded base, a huge choice of activities are nearby, including sandy beaches, walking, mountain biking, fishing, golfing, horse-riding and tennis.

The house is accessible by a private track with a parking area to accommodate several vehicles. There is a south facing garden towards the sea and a fully enclosed garden to the side and rear.
The south facing dining/sitting-room has a large window looking out to sea and the dining area also has a window looking over the back garden. There is a wood-burning stove (free logs are provided) and a dining table which can seat 6-8. There is a small glass porch looking out to sea with front door. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is a door from the kitchen to the garden.
