This wonderful cottage is situated on the Kirkdale Estate, the centrepiece of which is an historic Robert Adam house. The property is a charming detached cottage in an unbeatable location, surrounded by woodland and with fabulous walks directly from your doorstep. Perfect for family or active or simply relaxing holidays. From this secluded base, a huge choice of activities are nearby, including sandy beaches, walking, mountain biking, fishing, golfing, horse-riding and tennis.

The house is accessible by a private track with a parking area to accommodate several vehicles. There is a two acre south facing walled garden with south facing patio, furniture and parasol.
The sitting-room has a large window overlooking the delightful paddock plus additional French doors directly the outstanding walled garden plus further window overlooking the walled garden. There are two wood-burning stoves (free logs are provided) , one in the sitting-room and a further stove in the spacious dining/kitchen and a dining table which can seat 6-8. There is utility room with freezer, washer-dryer and second sink and cloakroom off the kitchen. The stunning spacious kitchen has a fridge and dish-washer and a dining-table to seat 6-8 plus woodburning stove and fridge and microwave.
